Return & Replacement Policy
Each Rob Tipton Imagery print is produced to order with museum-grade inks and materials. We stand behind that craftsmanship with a 30-day Quality Guarantee:
- If your artwork arrives damaged, or the print contains a manufacturing flaw, simply email hello@robtiptonimagery.com within 30 days. Please include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can arrange a free replacement right away.
- Because every piece is custom-printed, we cannot accept returns for changes of taste or size. If you change your mind, we’re happy to offer store credit (less shipping) when the print is returned in original condition within 30 days.
- Minor color differences may occur between on-screen previews and giclée prints; this is normal for fine-art reproduction and is not considered a defect.
- By placing an order with Rob Tipton Imagery, you confirm that you’ve reviewed the detailed sizing, framing, and material information on our site and that the artwork is suitable for your intended wall or display location.
- Personalized or modified artworks are final sale.
